Leadership

Culture delivers, or sabotages, the ability to deliver a vision and is the combination of the beliefs, values, attitudes and behaviours of the people, led by the leaders themselves. It is HOW an organisation or team operates. Vision (the "what") needs absolute clarity at all levels, and is fuelled by purpose (the "why"). Sometimes the leadership team needs help to crystallise and align around these elements, sometimes they simply need help cascading them across all levels of the business to deliver the Culture. We work with leaders and senior managers to create and communicate the vision and purpose, and create the behaviours that deliver the goals.

Communication

A song well written needs to be well sung! Clarity, brevity, impact and the ability to inspire others to take action are communication essentials.  Whether it be internal comms, corporate pitches, developing executive presence at manager and leader level, developing personal brand or simply managing nerves and becoming a more confident communicator, our suite of communication programmes and solutions will help.

Change

Change = threat to our primitive brains, and that is not helpful for businesses operating in a world that demands change! Whether it be organisational change, moving from one sales culture to another, merging teams, adopting new tools, techniques or strategies... our solutions focus on creating and enhancing the mindsets, beliefs and attitudes that help individuals, teams and organisations adopt Change, no matter what the actual change might be.

Sales and Negotiation

We all "sell" - whether it be an idea, a service, a product or a vision,. Some people can truly sell with influence, and that is a skill that can be learned and honed. People do not want to be sold TO, but when using sales influence, people love to buy things and WANT to buy them. When influencing is not compelling enough, effective negotiation can be deployed to achieve the outcomes that are beneficial to all parties, for the long term. Our solutions look at both the mindset and skillsets required to influence, persuade, sell and negotiate both internally and externally whilst maintaining the relationship between seller and buyer.
